Meet the Open Air Fleet.

Instapics Hawaii's traditional open air experiences are centered around our gorgeous modern fleet of photobooths. Meet our open-air fleet: the Full-Sized Booth, the Kaleidoscope, and the Kaleidoscope XL. 

 

Each of our set-ups combines your choice of backdrop, a variety of fun props, creative layout design and a custom user interface. Our photo booths use touchscreen technology with a high resolution DSLR camera and a professional dye sub printer to ensure only the greatest quality prints. In a completely open space, we can easily accommodate 10 or more people in a photo, although 23 people is our current record!

Taking the innovative route.

Instapics' innovative take on photo booths is our super sleek Social Station. Powered by modern technology, our social station has been commonly nicknamed as "selfie station" and "boomerang booth". Our most modern rental option allows your guests to instantly email, text or share via social media a variety of options including photos, GIFs or Boomerang-style videos, highlighted by a custom layout, digital props and a variety of fun filters.  All sessions will be made available for access on a micro-site.

ring roamer

Looking for a more portable option? Why limit your photos to just a small areas? With our Ring Roamer, our attendants mix and mingle with your crowd taking photos and capturing memories from anywhere. Similar to our social station, our ring roamer also allows your guests to instantly email, text or share via social media a variety of options including photos, GIFs or Boomerang-style videos, highlighted by a custom layout, digital and a variety of fun filter.  All sessions will be made available for access on a micro-site. 

  • ring roamer only rentals - $349 per hour (**2 hour minimum)

  • ring roamer add-on to any package - $249 per hour

  • Print Size Upgrades: Looking to impress even more with bigger prints? Upgrade to 6x8 prints - $50 per hour
  • Single Shot Square Prints: Inspired by Instagram, our 6x6 square prints are the newest trend - $50 per hour

  • Each Additional Hour: Want to keep us longer? We'll be happy to stay! - $150 for open air booths or $200 for MIOR booth

  • Idle TIme: Idle time is if you want us to set-up earlier than 1 hour prior or if you need us to stop the booth for a bit - $100 per hour

  • Travel Fee: From Waikiki to Kapolei to Kaneohe and Mililani, we got you covered. Other than that travel fee applies - $40

  • Certificate of Insurance: If your venue require a COI naming them as "additional insured", we require just a small fee - $50
